Is a bit helter skelter at the moment, especially the nutrition part. I do sessions in the gym at least 3 - 4 times a week. I am now starting to incorporate some running/spinning/cycling into my training schedule, with swimming to follow soon.

I truly admire Roger Federer because he is a true champion. He exudes style and grace, is a good ambassador for his sport and always has a kind word for the underdog. He has grown from a cocky youngster to a humble and great champion. An example that sometimes talent alone is not enough to achieve greatness.

Today I went for the first run this year. It wasn't as difficult as I thought it would be but it was still not easy. I'm still happy that I managed to drag myself out of bed to do it, 'cause for a few seconds there I was on shaky ground.
That feeling though, after a good run, is awesomeness itself. You cannot buy that anywhere. I always feel like I can go again and wonder what all the fuss was getting started. I am now determined to shuffle my schedule around so I can fit in a couple more runs during the week.
