My BodyProud Story: Obstacles I Overcame, My Transformations & My Triumphs
What It Means to Me to Be BodyProud:
I was moderately active until I was involved in a car accident in 2004.I had a fractured femur,ruptured spleen and pancreas.I was immobile for two months working with a physiotherapist.After 8 months I was walking fine.From then onwards it has been a roller coaster right weight flactuating up and down until I layed my eyes on the Muscle Evolution magazine, from the Muscle Evolution I discovered the Fitness magazine.So now I'm currently using the full body exercises which I made copies and laminated and put them up in my home gym.I'm starting to see muscles I never thought I had and I'm loving every minute I spend exercising.I'm following a high protein diet.I will be going for my body fat assessment soon yey!!!:-)

I'm a 33 year old married mother of two.
I weigh 62 Kg's.
Height is 156 cm
Don't really know my body fat % but my scale says its 32%
To Be My Own SUPERHERO, I Challenge Myself to:
Today was my leg day.I did 3 sets of barbell squats 20 reps,calf raises,leg raises,dead lifts,and walking lunges.After that 10 min cardio on a stationary bike.I wish I could have done more cardio but my legs were shaking...
Actions I am Proud to Have Taken:
If you respect your body by giving it nutrient rich foods and get it moving it always rewards you beautifully...If you give it crap then you look and feel like crap.So the decision is yours....

Nothing comes easy,but with hard work, determination and commitment anybody can look and feel fabulous any age.Just get started and keep on pushing.
How I Succeeded in Transforming Myself: (my actions, AHAs, or new belief system)
Before I put anything into my mouth I first ask if it's going to support my goals if not,put it away and sing this mantra to myself..."nothing tastes as good as lean feels and looks.Most of the times it works, but if I still feel like having that particular food I'l have it and make sure I do 20 to 30 min cardio..

Just surfing the net looking for more training tips from Nicole Seymour as sometimes I get impatient waiting for the next issue of the Fitness Magazine to hit the shelves. Then I bumped into this site.
