I read this article and I see some one who takes too much risk. Why was a single woman driving alone at 3:00 AM as the article says? If you are knowledgable of Dr. Rogers' Drive Theory, it seems…Continue

Comment by Phil Walker on January 12, 2011 at 11:05am After suffering a major brain hemorrhage and undergoing a 9 hr surgical procedure to remove an AVM in my brain in June2010, I know exactly what it is like to have to totally reprogram your brain. firstly due to the stroke, i was paralyzed in my left side and had to learn to walk again, it was like being a toddler all over again.
Emotionally for months after I was like an angry, frustrated child trying to find his way in life, i have suffered severe paranoia(i thought someone was trying to kill me in hospital), depression knocked me for 6 and i have cried enough tears to fill a dam! As i have progressively got better and become totally fascinated with the brain and how it works, i have learnt new mindful techniques that will help to keep my mind fit and healthy swell as my body. Through, NLP, meditation, anger management, OTSAR and relaxation techniques I have finally begun to appreciate how valuable having the healthy body/mind balance really is.
I meditate twice a day, listen to relaxation and confidence Cd's, read as much as possible, total body fitness........No S**t!!
I would recommend DEFO!! but not the hemorrhage bit.
